Jill graduated from Pennsylvania State University and started her career as a teacher in Fort Lee, New Jersey. After this, she transitioned into a manager of a large dental office, and then eventually into human resources at International Companies such as ABB and ESAB Welding Company, where she served as Executive Vice President of HR. She then moved to Florence-Darlington Technical College as Vice President of Institutional Advancement before joining Signature Wealth.
Jill is heavily involved in the community and serves on eight different Boards in Florence: First Reliance Bank, The United Way, Florence Symphony, Guild Chairman of Florence County Progress, the private sector of Florence County Economic Development Partnership, UNCF, Pee Dee Speech and Hearing, and Mercy Medicine.
Jill and her husband, Dr. Joseph Lewis, have three children and eight grandchildren. She enjoys staying active by running, skiing, and working out, and she loves traveling with Joseph whenever she can get away.
